Flipside Thrift Store

UCP of the North Bay owns and operates Flipside Thrift, comprised of two Thrift Centers located in Rohnert Park and Novato. The Thrift Centers provide sales revenue for our programs, visibility for UCP of the North Bay in the community, and paid work for adults with developmental disabilities attending our Adult Day Programs.

• All positions are part-time volunteer roles
• Tasks assigned based on ability, comfort level, and supervision needs
• Opportunities for cross-training when appropriate
• Emphasis on inclusive, supportive work environment aligned with UCPNB mission

Tasks may include: donation intake and processing, sorting clothing and goods, pricing and stocking merchandise, light cleaning, lifting and moving donations, supporting warehouse and backroom organization, customer service and sales floor support.
